No Returns, No Exchange and No Cancellations Policy

Kimorra does not provide the option to return, exchange, or cancel products once purchased. The exact size, color, and product details are clearly mentioned to help you make an informed purchase decision. Please carefully check all product images and descriptions before placing your order.

Additionally, every product goes through a strict quality check process to ensure it is free from defects before dispatch. However, in case of any manufacturing defect, damaged item during transit, or missing item in your order, you may register a complaint by sending us an email at kimorra.in@gmail.com and we will review your request for refund or replacement.

To be eligible for a refund or replacement, you must record an unboxing video while opening the package as proof that the product was received in a damaged or defective condition. Please share your order number along with the unboxing video in your email.

Our team will respond to your complaint within 2–5 working days and will get in touch with you regarding the next steps.

If your request is approved for a refund or replacement, our team will communicate the process and proceed accordingly.

In case the delivery status shows “Delivered” but you have not received the product, you must inform us within 24 hours. Kindly send an email with your order ID and the subject line “Wrong Delivery Status” to kimorra.in@gmail.com.

Failure to report the issue within 24 hours will make you ineligible for any refund or support related to the order.

If you do not receive the refund amount within the communicated time duration, please check your bank account again or contact your bank, as processing times may vary. You may also contact us at kimorra.in@gmail.com for assistance.

Shipping charges are non-refundable.

Refunds, returns, exchanges, or cancellations for CUSTOM PRODUCTS are not entertained.
