Note: In case any product from your order becomes unavailable or faces unexpected delays, our team will contact you within 1–2 working days via call or message to inform you regarding possible delays.
In case the delivery status shows “Delivered” but you have not received the product, you must inform us within 24 hours. Kindly send an email with your order ID and the subject line “Wrong Delivery Status” to kimorra.in@gmail.com.
Failure to report the issue within 24 hours will make you ineligible for any refund or support related to the order.
